What is RPO?

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a form of business process outsourcing (BPO) where an employer transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to an external service provider. An RPO provider can provide its ownor may assume the company’s staff, technology, methodologies and reporting. In all cases, RPO differs greatly from providers such as staffing companies andcontingent/ retained search providers in that it assumes ownership of the design and management of the recruitment process and the responsibility of results.

RPO can be applied in 3 different ways:

RPO+

RPO is positioned as a business partner, part of the Company’s HR. It manages the entire recruitment function of the company with a strategic contract for at least 1 year. The RPO company receives the personnel demand of the internal customer and transfers the appropriate personnel to the personnel works. It carries out the whole process and all operational operations between these two points. Here, the HR department of the company is required to meet the candidate who recruited in an absolute manner. This important touch is designed differently for each project.

Defined RPO

It is the outsourcing of the designated parts of the recruitment process to RPO. The goal is generally to increase efficiency in HR departments. For example, the first stages of the process by the RPO company to work: publication of the job advertisement, screening the applications according to criteria, preparing the long list, reporting for the rest of the process, all data entry, and so on.

Project based RPO

The project-based RPO is designed and managed for a specific project / period, although it has the same characteristics as the holistic RPO. For example, the establishment of a new department, ollective recruitment projects, or the outsourcing of the ecruitment of sales staff, etc.
